Here at Breathe in Breathe out: Bath Kids Meditation, we assist children aged 5-9 in grounding their inner self as well as exploring their connections to the outer world, other people and planet Earth. Our weekly sessions contain diverse activities as well as a regular space for meditation and guided visualisation.
